In phase two, we roll up our sleeves and dive into the nuts and bolts of the project by obtaining critical record drawing information, conducting site surveys, develop CAD drawings etc to ensure a seamless project start

In stage three, we leverage our partnerships with specialist contractors to bring the project to fruition and undertake mission critical tasks such as appointing and managing sub-contractors, assessing project quality, reviewing timelines and ensure on-site health and safety compliance

In stage four, we go the extra mile to provide comprehensive post-construction support - conducting final inspections, defect rectification, handing over documentation and facilitating communication between the local authorities should the need arise
